Our Directors – Your Recruitment Partners. Graham Seldon and Katie Rosser have worked together for over 10 years and between them bring over 25 years’ experience of placing highly skilled professionals at all levels.
Though Katie trained as a Lawyer in the UK, when she moved to Australia in 2006 she realised she wanted to put her people skills to good use. An initial coffee meeting with Graham started her recruitment career.
Katie enjoys supporting people through the life changes a career move can bring, with an open, honest, empathetic and supportive approach.
Originally a marketing manager for legal publications in UK, Graham moved to Australia in 1999 and soon after established the first ever recruitment firm dedicated to marketing in professional services.
He believes everyone has the chance to have an amazing career and whilst his primary focus is on senior level recruitment he also enjoys advising candidates at the start of their careers.
Since joining Seldon Rosser in 2012, Nanik has built strong relationships with candidates and clients and is a Consultant focussed on connecting quality candidates to the best opportunities.
With a background in Marketing, Nanik manages the Executive / Advisor practice across the Asia-pacific market.
With a background in professional services marketing in both Sydney and Melbourne, Amanda began working with Graham in recruitment back in 2004.
Since then she has enjoyed working directly with candidates and clients, behind the scenes as General Manager and now recently as SRound™ Engagement Manager.
