This is an opportunity to join a Big 4 accounting firm in a national role in New Zealand. Reporting directly to the national BD & Client Director, this role supports bid processes end-to-end and oversees the delivery of major bids across the firm, with a specific focus on large technology and business transformation consulting bids.
This includes working across the full bid lifecycle from stop/go assessment, bid team coaching and development of value propositions and win themes to project management, content guidance and development and production and delivery support and post decision reviews.
Who should apply?
You will be an experienced Bids professional able to demonstrate success coaching and project managing large bids and opportunities. Professional services experience will be beneficial but we will consider candidates coming from other matrix, services organisations with the transferable skills.
You will be a high energy, enthusiastic bids professional who brings strong relationship building skills, able to quickly build trust, credibility and rapport with senior stakeholders. Your excellent facilitation skills and the ability to work as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders as well as your collaborative and team focused approach will assist your application. Excellent communication skills, writing skills and project management abilities are critical to success in the role.
