This national law firm has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join their team.
The BD team supports the firm with a range of activities, including development and implementation of sector and client growth strategies, tenders and bids, branding and design, events and promotional activities, copywriting, digital marketing and media relations.
Reporting into the Head of Business Development, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing the firm’s business development strategy. You will develop a strong understanding of the service offerings of each sector and practice group and work closely with the national and state practice area leads, key partners and state marketing managers to support the implementation of sector, practice area and key client plans.
You will also:
- Work with partners to identify and pursue new target clients, referrers and revenue areas;
- Identify potential opportunities by monitoring and researching client and market developments;
- Create a business development culture within the firm that increases the understanding and benefits of business development activity;
- Work with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral, and review and maintain relevant website content;
- Support the bid and tender team to manage end-to-end bids during busy periods.
