Senior Business Development Manager, Real Estate

Are you currently working in a business development and marketing role within the real estate sector but looking for a new challenge? This opportunity is one you should consider. Working with the Real Estate practice and sector of a leading international law firm, you will work closely with the business to develop and deliver business development and marketing initiatives to drive profitable growth. The role is market facing and you will be expected to proactively network externally, particularly with the real estate intermediaries and key clients, to identify work opportunities and introduce the relevant lawyers to the clients.

You will directly line manage a team of two people and work closely with the wider marketing and business development team to deliver business planning and BD strategy; key account management; bids and proposals; thought leadership, marketing and campaigns; coaching and development; and event management.

This is an excellent opportunity. The partners are looking to work with someone who can genuinely advise and provide commercial and proactive advice. They are used to having strong working relationships with individuals in the team.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record from within a professional services partnership. Experience in or a very strong understanding of real estate is essential for this opportunity. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
