Though Katie trained as a Lawyer in the UK, when she moved to Australia in 2006 she realised she wanted to put her people skills to good use. An initial coffee meeting with Graham started her recruitment career. Katie enjoys supporting people through the life changes a career move can bring, with an open, honest, empathetic and supportive approach.
