An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing and Communications (Marcomms) to join a leading firm on a fixed-term basis. This senior role offers the chance to drive innovative marketing strategies, lead impactful campaigns, and oversee communication initiatives within a supportive and collaborative environment.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and delivering a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the firm’s objectives. They will lead a high-performing team, oversee the firm’s CRM and digital marketing efforts, and ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms. The role requires a proactive leader who excels in relationship management and thrives in a fast-paced, professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the firm’s annual marketing strategy and budget.
  • Lead the creation of integrated campaigns and thought leadership content to engage clients and generate leads.
  • Manage the CRM database, ensuring data integrity and effective tracking of marketing activities.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management and social media strategies.
  • Deliver internal communications to support employee engagement and change management.
  • Cultivate relationships with external vendors, media outlets, and industry partners.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all materials and channels.
  • Lead and develop a skilled marketing team while managing budgets and operational processes.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, alongside significant experience in a professional services environment (legal sector experience preferred). They will possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, a proven ability to influence stakeholders, and a track record of building and leading successful teams. Proficiency in CRM, CMS, and marketing automation platforms is essential.
