Originally a Business Development Manager for Chambers Directory in UK, Graham moved to Australia in 1999 and soon after established the first ever recruitment firm dedicated to business development & marketing in professional services. In the past twenty years he has become the ‘go to’ consultant for placing senior BD, Marketing & Communications candidates across the professions.

Katie Rosser

Katie has over 15 years’ experience in advising and supporting senior leaders and the team members they hire, to find the right fit for business critical roles across the Asia-Pacific region. Katie has cultivated a vast network across a broad mix of professional services industries globally - and enjoys supporting people through their entire careers, as team members and as they grow into leaders.

Paula Saxon

Paula Saxon is a recruitment consultant with more than 20 years' experience with in-house Talent and Recruitment teams. Paula deeply understands the environment of talent attraction, having worked as a Talent leader with Herbert Smith Freehills, Deloitte, Norton Rose Fulbright, Wotton + Kearney and her own agency, as well as financial services, publishing, FMCG, entertainment, health, professional services and not for profit organisations. Paula's long-standing industry expertise brings valuable insight to our candidates' experience. Her knowledge and appreciation of the experience of Talent Leaders will be a great addition to our key client partnerships. Her passion is attracting, engaging and retaining the very best talent, having excelled in strategic sourcing and recruitment management for a number of national firms.

Our job is to find the best people for our clients and we have many examples of where we have relocated candidates across the World. We are also adept at finding suitable jobs for candidates; particularly when they are moving to a new city or where they require a discreet approach to their career search.
