Our Directors – Your Recruitment Partners. Graham Seldon and Katie Rosser have worked together for more than 10 years and have many years of experience in placing highly skilled professionals at all levels. Ask us for career advice or get in touch to let us know you’re ready to find your next role.
Originally a marketing manager for legal publications in UK, Graham moved to Australia in 1999 and soon after established the first ever recruitment firm dedicated to marketing in professional services.
He believes everyone has the chance to have an amazing career and whilst his primary focus is on senior level recruitment he also enjoys advising candidates at the start of their careers.
Though Katie trained as a Lawyer in the UK, when she moved to Australia in 2006 she realised she wanted to put her people skills to good use. An initial coffee meeting with Graham started her recruitment career.
Katie enjoys supporting people through the life changes a career move can bring, with an open, honest, empathetic and supportive approach.
Since joining Seldon Rosser in 2012, Nanik has built strong relationships with candidates and clients and is a Consultant focussed on connecting quality candidates to the best opportunities.
With a background in Marketing, Nanik manages the Executive / Advisor practice across the Asia-Pacific market.
Nick understands the challenges professionals face when making a career change. Coming from a global professional services firm, he has an insider’s perspective on BD & marketing. Nick has lived and worked internationally, spending four years in Japan as a business development specialist.
Francesca Williams is Seldon Rosser's Candidate Manager. With 10 years of recruitment experience (gained in Australia and UK) she has fantastic insights to share and provides advice and information to help you connect to the right career opportunity at the right time.
With a background in professional services marketing in both Sydney and Melbourne, Amanda began working with Graham in recruitment back in 2004.
Since then she has enjoyed working directly with candidates and clients, behind the scenes as General Manager.
