This role requires a dynamic professional who can manage budgets, drive revenue growth, and lead cross-functional teams to create impactful client communications and marketing initiatives.
The Business Development and Marketing Manager in the Dubai office of this global firm plays a pivotal role in translating strategic practice, and sector goals into actionable BD objectives and marketing campaigns.
The Dubai office is a growing part of the firm with five ambitious Partners in the region. You will have a dual reporting line into a Director in the UK and MP in Dubai and be able to utilise shared resources based in the UK
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop individual and shared targeted BD plans
- Work collaboratively with the BD team which is mainly based in the UK
- Collaborate with Dubai partners and London managers to align practice and sector goals
- Work with the London client development team to maximise revenue from key clients in the Dubai office
- Oversee the Dubai BD and Marketing budget
- Support internal communications to ensure a thorough understanding of Dubai and MENA activities across the international firm
Who should apply?
This busy, yet hugely satisfying position is best suited to someone who has BD experience from the legal industry, either an established Manager or a Senior Executive ready to step up in their next role. The ideal candidate will posses:
- Proven track record in various BD roles, including pitches, account management, marketing campaigns and thought leadership.
- Proactive attitude with focus on owning projects and a drive to achieve results.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Detail orientated with strong organisational abilities.
- Understanding of the Dubai market and local industry networks will be favoured but is not essential.
