Working with senior leaders and highly influential Partners, the BD Manager will play an important role in developing and executing the Real Estate group’s client growth strategy. This includes supporting the development and implementation of key client plans and working with partners and lawyers of this national firm to provide day to day business development support.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a professional services firm business development, preferably from legal
- Tertiary qualification in a related field
- Experience in developing business development and marketing plans
- Experience managing major proposals and pursuits
- Ability to develop key client account plans including supporting the team to nurture and grow existing and new client relationships
