This role reports in to a Senior BD Manager and sits in a well resourced Australian BD team as part of a large global firm. This BD Manager role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Adelaide.
This role covers multiple business areas across the firm and has a very strong client focus.
This person will drive BD through the identification, development and pursuit of opportunities for revenue generation, client acquisition and client maintenance. You would support the business through client engagement (eg opportunity identification, client listening), skills coaching (at partner and lawyer levels) and tender support.
You will have the opportunity to work with a fantastic manager (known as a “great people developer”) and also manage a BD Executive.
