This international law firm is seeking a new BD Manager ro join its evolving team in the Singapore office.
The role will have responsibility for developing and executing marketing and business development programs to improve firmwide practice visibility and support client development in Asia, with focus on South Korea, India and Japan as well as Singapore.
Responsibilities will include:
- Having a client growth mindset and supporting client relationship management and related initiatives to foster deeper client relationships and revenue growth.
- Ensuring regional marketing materials, experience documents, lawyers biographies and other key collateral items are managed.
- Managing and executing the production of pitches and proposals.
- Collaborating with Partners to co-develop and implement BD strategies and plans.
- Planning, managing and executing profile raising activities.
- Identifying potential leads, collecting and sharing market and industry intelligence.
- Assisting in the mentoring and training of the wider BD team.
Who should apply?
You will likely have 8+ years BD & marketing experience including professional services experience, international firm experience preferred. You will have strong English language communication skills and a deep knowledge of the Asia markets. Your business acumen, team-orientated approach, project management and relational skills will also assist your application.
