The Opportunity
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving, challenging and executing business plans alongside the firm’s partners. You’ll be instrumental in shaping and implementing strategic business development plans aligned with regional and firm-wide strategies, supporting partners in profile-raising and revenue growth.
Key highlights of this role include:
- Leading BD Initiatives: Taking the reins on local BD initiatives and campaigns. Your actions will directly impact market presence and growth.
- High-Quality Management: Ensuring the fundamentals of BDM are in place, including maintaining up-to-date collateral and credentials. You’ll also oversee the delivery of all pitches, ensuring excellence.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by actively monitoring the market and sharing valuable insights with partners and clients. Your role is to keep the practice areas and brand in the spotlight.
- Connecting the Dots: Collaborate with our specialist teams to fulfill BDM requests and connect your team to the broader business. You’ll leverage expertise from across the firm to enhance our performance.

- Languages: Proficiency in English is a must, and Mandarin is a desirable asset.
