Our client is a leading international law firm seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager with a deep understanding of the Energy and Infrastructure sector to join their dynamic team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue opportunities and coordinating the firm’s efforts across the Asia Pacific region. Collaborating closely with senior leaders and sector specialists, you will enable a focused approach to market strategy and business development execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop go-to-market plans that align with Energy & Infrastructure Sector objectives.
- Coach partners on actionable business plans and connect them with specialized business development professionals.
- Develop and implement metrics to track progress in collaboration with BD Operations and the data analytics team.
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the Energy & Infrastructure sector to identify market opportunities where the firm holds a competitive advantage.
- Partner with Research and Business Intelligence teams to uncover revenue opportunities through market intelligence.
- Create targeted plans for acquiring new clients and strengthening relationships with existing ones.
- Advise on regional insights and event opportunities, enhancing the firm’s reputation as sector leaders.
- Prepare lawyers for conferences and networking events, focusing on relationship activation.
- Oversee the storytelling aspect of the Energy & Infrastructure sector, maintaining a library of key metrics relevant to the Asia Pacific region.
- Assist partners in delivering distinctive pitch experiences, including meeting planning and coaching.
Who should apply?
You will demonstrate prior success having worked in BD and strategic marketing roles in a professional services environment.
