Our client is one of the largest international law firms globally, with over 30 offices across multiple regions. They are seeking an experienced, energetic and driven professional to join the Marketing and Communications team in Sydney. This pivotal role will support the development and execution of the Brand, Communication and Marketing strategy across the APAC region, with a specific focus on enhancing their profile and brand in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver data-driven communications and marketing programs that engage clients, prospective employees.
  • Collaborate with partners, lawyers and business professionals to cascade key messages and initiatives.
  • Support corporate communications, reputation management and crisis management strategies.
  • Develop and manage local media relationships to enhance the firm’s profile in the APAC region.
  • Create and oversee content for various platforms, including digital and social media.
  • Provide strategic advice and training to stakeholders on media opportunities and brand management.
  • Act as the primary Brand, Communication and Marketing contact for the Australian Office Managing Partner.

  • Proven experience in developing communications and marketing strategies for complex organizations.
  • Deep understanding of the APAC region and the Australian media landscape.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
  • Experience with data analytics to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a track record of producing innovative marketing initiatives.
