The role will have a focus on creating client specific collateral (tenders, capability statements, etc) as well as client development planning . The tenders component of this role is not typical of what you get at other firms – and is an exciting opportunity to utilise your exceptional writing skills, creativity, sales and client development mindset, strategic and influencing skills.
You will report to the Head of Clients & Markets and also work closely with the BD Director. Both are highly commercial and will be great mentors for this person as they grow and evolve their career within the business. You will work with BD savvy partners in a young and dynamic partnership environment.
This is an environment that genuinely welcomes agile and flexible working. Separate to that, with 5 days as the preference, we will consider great people on a 4 day basis too.
Who should apply?
You will most likely come from a BD role in another professional services firm. We are interested in considering both established Managers and highly experienced Senior Executives ready to step up. You will have a love of writing and enjoy creating client-centric copy that cuts through and connects. You will have the strength of character and confidence to guide the Partners and push back or pivot approach where required. As such influencing, strong communication and relationship building skills are essential.
