We are seeking a seasoned Global Business Development Director to lead and execute a dynamic business development strategy that aligns with our clients global growth ambitions. This strategic leader will be responsible for driving revenue growth by fostering strong client relationships and implementing innovative strategies across client insights, pitching, and practice development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop a forward-thinking business development strategy that leverages technology, data, and market insights. Collaborate with global and regional leaders to establish growth initiatives tailored to different markets.
  • Revenue Growth: Lead the client program to maximize profitable revenue, develop BD strategies in partnership with regional teams, and support client retention and growth through effective client service initiatives.
  • Client Insights and Data: Use data analysis to drive actionable client insights and address underperformance areas, ensuring continuous improvement in client satisfaction.
  • Winning Work: Drive best practices in pitching and tender processes to enhance revenue conversion and provide strategic guidance to support global teams.
  • Team Development: Lead a high-performing BD team, setting clear priorities and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous growth.
