Join this international law firm as a Head of Business Development & Marketing focusing on Global Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue generation by assessing current clients opportunities, targeting growth markets and identifying new opportunities.
  • Develop strong and influential relationships across the firm.
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Ensure the department is managed effectively and expenditure delivers the desire return on investment.
  • Manage a BD team and lead people management efforts including training, evaluation, upholding firm values and professional development.

Who should apply?
You will bring a minimum of 10 years’ BD experience in a global law firm or professional services firm.  You will be commercially minded and strong at building relationships allowing for impactful BD planning and advice.  You will likely have experience in managing people and have excellent English communications skills.  You will be adept at broad BD as well as client development and used to working as part of a cohesive BD team in an international environment.
