This global law firm is seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing & Business Development for the Asia Pacific region. Playing a key role in the global M&BD executive group, and, leading a team of circa 20 in the APAC, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of this firm’s marketing and business development strategies.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and Regional Managing Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue generation, profile raising and client development initiatives. This is your chance to lead a talented team of professionals, collaborate with senior leadership and make a significant impact on this firm’s growth and reputation in the region.

Who should apply?

We are looking for an experienced Head of / Director BD&M professional with a proven track record of success in the legal or professional services industry. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven success working in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to develop and implement regional business plans that align with firmwide objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and developing high-performing teams across multiple locations.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of the APAC legal market and industry trends is preferred.
