This is an opportunity to lead the sector strategy for Financial Services at one of the Big 4 in New Zealand.
Drive the firm’s strategy to maintain growth and embed a winning culture, based on people’s mindset, skillset and discipline. In particular, the Sector Driver will support and help drive our key sector growth strategy.
The Sector Driver will work closely with the National Industry Leader to determine and implement industry and sector strategy plans and goals. Including responsibility for the successful management of the sector managed account plans, thought leadership and some engagements.
This is an exciting role to step into right away – and also one that can grow and evolve even further – take ownership and make it your own!
Who should apply?
You will likely be either a Senior BD Manager stepping up, or an Associate Director seeking a new challenge where you can have a lot of impact.
You will most likely come from a professional services background, though other complex matrix, services backgrounds will be considered and it is essential that you have experience in Financial Services. You will be a strategic, commercial BD professional, bringing sector strategy and client development experience, either as part of a specialist or generalist BD role.
You will have an existing and deep understanding of the New Zealand market. You will have the gravitas to build and maintain strong working relationships with key C-suite and senior management, across the industry and within the firm’s specific sector priority accounts.
