This global law firm with a strong brand presence in Asia, is seeking a Senior BD Manager to drive revenue growth for the firm’s Transactional Practice Groups across the APAC region. This role is responsible for developing and executing BD and marketing initiatives, and, leading a team of BDMC Managers and Coordinators.
This role will also play a connectivity and coaching role for all BDMC team members supporting the Groups across the APAC region.
Working with partners and reporting into a BD Director, you will implement strategy and business plans in order to increase revenue and profitability of client relationships. You will also take lead on key cross-border and cross-practice regional initiatives. Key areas of focus will include opportunity spotting, pipeline development, pricing strategy and market profitability.
Who should apply?
To be successful in your application, you will be an experienced business development manager, having previously worked in professional services (including some law firm experience) and bringing some team management experience.
Covering 17 offices and 5 practice groups, this role has a large and cross-border portfolio and so could be a good career advancement opportunity for someone currently heading up a BD team in a smaller business.
