This global professional services firm has engaged us to bring two Senior Manager positions to the market:

  • Senior Manager, Markets & Growth – Energy
  • Senior Manager, Markets & Growth – Infrastructure and Real Estate

The Markets & Growth team at this firm plays an integral part in the growth strategy and these roles are responsible for driving profitable growth with a specific focus on their chosen industries, markets and clients.
  
Both roles will have a particular focus on the Australian industries in the respective markets and as the Senior Manager you’ll be responsible for leading the industry approach, working closely with Industry Chairs and regional Practice Heads to develop, define and execute the strategy across the region.

Who should apply?

You will bring industry business development experience from professional services (likely accounting or legal) from a client facing role. You will be able to demonstrate commercial awareness and an innovative mind-set and will manage major projects with ease.  We are open to those who have been in a Sector role, as well as those who have gained sector experience from hybrid BD positions.
  
You will bring strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trusting relationships with the partners and business services. You will have demonstrated leadership experience of leading a team and cultivating a high-performance culture.
