Seldon Rosser helps professional services firms hire the best Business Development, Marketing & Communications professionals into their teams in Australia, Asia and ME regions. Our two Directors are located in Sydney and Melbourne.

Following an extensive review of our business and to help us deliver an exciting growth strategy, we now have an opportunity to hire consultants in Sydney.
This is an opportunity to step into a business which has been successful for over 20 years with a client base of leading professional services firms across a variety of sectors. You will take ownership of a very active part of the market, full of opportunity for you to make rewarding placements, each one having a major impact on the lives of your candidates and their careers.

You will work closely with our Sydney based Director, from a central CBD office with the opportunity to work hybrid. Whilst the role has national focus, there is a large network based in Sydney for you to enjoy connecting with in person.

What’s the role?

This role will place Manager and Senior Manager level BD & Marketing professionals into exciting careers with legal, accounting, consulting and design/engineering firms in Australia. The size of the markets means that Sydney and Melbourne will be your primary focus though you will also be briefed on roles in Brisbane and Perth.

We have many long-standing clients who brief us regularly on vacancies allowing you to focus on engaging with candidates and running frequent campaigns.

Critical to the success and enjoyment you will gain from this role will be focusing on candidate attraction and engagement. This includes developing close and trusted relationships with Seldon Rosser’s existing candidate network, as well as identifying and approaching new candidates for our clients to interview.

This could come from working in recruitment inside a professional services firm, being a BD&M professional or any other role type which gives you an innate understanding of the culture and make-up of our clients and candidates.
