This global professional services firm has engaged us to bring this newly scoped Client Relationship Manager role to market. The client team at this firm plays an integral part in the growth strategy, driving the development and performance of strategic global priority accounts.

This is a pure client portfolio role which will come with a varied and cross-industry portfolio and global client remit. Areas of focus in the role include: Voice of Clients, Client Engagement and Performance Excellence, Strategic Planning, Market and Industry Insights and Internal Coordination and Resource Management.
Who should apply?
You will bring client-facing, strategic CRM experience from professional services (likely accounting or legal) from either a dedicated Client role or a hybrid BD role with client emphasis. You will be able to demonstrate experience managing multiple clients with proven results in developing strong client relationships, identifying and driving opportunities that directly contribute to revenue.
You will bring an agile approach and enjoy challenging the status quo. Your fresh and strategic thinking, commerciality, gravitas, relationship building skills, ability to influence and sound judgement will assist your application. You will have an inherent drive to succeed and proven ability to develop and execute solutions to short term barriers and setbacks.
